Chris Collins has been training clients of all ages and abilities since 1987. He began his personal training career at the Corpus Christi Athletic Club where he worked his way to Director of Personal Training. Wanting to expand his capabilities, he worked in a physical therapy clinic in the Work Hardening Program.
In 1995, Chris moved to Houston and worked as a personal trainer for Q The Sports Club. In 2000, Chris created Collins Innovative Personal Training and has been a successful self-employed personal trainer ever since.
Chris designs his workout programs to fit the client’s needs Chris also specializes in stretching his clients on a massage table, which most clients really enjoy.
Chris has trained executives in the industries of oil and gas, furniture retail, museum, law, clothing retail, and non-profit organizations. Chris has also worked with professional athletes, as well as amateur athletes.
